ABOUT ME

I began cooking professionally in 1994.  I am excited by fresh and seasonal ingredients and I aspire to create food that is satisfying and nourishing to the palate and to the soul.  I love using spices and flavors from around the world.  I’m drawn to Mediterranean cuisines, particularly Italian, Middle Eastern and Moroccan.  I also love playing with Asian, South Asian, and Latin American foods and flavors.


Whether I am preparing specialty diets for various health conditions, family dinners, or parties, my goal is always the same: to meet each client’s individual dietary and lifestyle needs while bringing the joy I get from cooking into the food.
